The honorable Judge Mary K. Wagner

 

It amazes me how often the statutes which are the Laws for this State gets repeated. Even though the expression "earning capacity of each parent" is repeated often, Judge Wagner has aggressively refused to honor those statutes. Her attitude towad them is not an oversight or a neutral opinion of them, but a almost violent opposition and refection to the Laws.

My Ex. has a College degree in teaching, but Judge Wagner accepts the part-time job that Ex. does at a day care.

I only have a High School diploma, but get framed with an Income of TWICE of what the IRS has accepted as my income.

Nowhere is the transcripts that you can see for yourself how Judge Wagner defies the Laws and Statutes concerning "earning capacity of Both."
