The honorable Judge Mary K. Wagner

Is she "Just" - without bias, rightful, correct, upright, legitimate, etc.?  Or does it appear that she is corrupt? Her election comes up in 2009. Do you think she should be re-elected back into a position where she does not uphold the Wisconsin Statutes, which is the LAW? Is it right for her to make up her own law, especially if it contradicts the established statutes?
