The honorable Judge Mary K. Wagner

Judge Wagner has always aggressively, almost violently, refused me anymore time with my children than the 1 1/2 days per month. (k) I only get one week one the summer. (L) I can't contact my (between the one day a month children) during Shereen's time for she almost always had an excuse that they were busy doing something else. Also, the invention of Caller ID makes it possible for "nobody to be home." Now they have moved to Bonduel, Wisconsin and I don't have a phone number that I can reach them at. A one and a half day a month is what Wagner must call "meaningful periods of physical placement." Do you think she has minimized instead of maximized my time? The  statute says that "The Court may not prefer one parent," but Judge Mary K. Wagner definitely has by giving me 1-1/2 days per month, while giving her about 30 days (29+) a month.

"Quality of time?" After a Cult that has Child Abuse and even death in their Table of Contents for a month, how much time do you think of my 1-1/2 days of time do you think goes by before the children adjust and begin to have fun? It usually is Saturday morning and already I am agonizing that I must take them back and repeat everything a full month from now. I don't have a full day without any negative traveling.
