The honorable Judge Mary K. Wagner
Using that analogy to get the greatest Return, would you claim every
tax deduction if you had enough to bring your AGI down to $10,000 or
below? You can hang onto the receipts, but why not, NOT claim about $5,000
of them? There is no law that you have to use every deduction that is
available to you.
Now with that in mind, for the year 2001, things were simplified by
being able to Legally use the Accelerated depreciation instead of every
receipt of deductions. Hang on to the receipts though in case of an Audit.
There probably are enough receipts to prove a $5,000 AGI instead of the
$40,000 the Denosha Court System trumps up. Commissioner Plous started
this ignorance with Anderson. Worthless Ward never called my Accountant
to try to understand the numbers. And Judge Wagner frames me for the
things the Worthless mouthpiece Ward did or didn't do.
Read the "Tough and Dedicated." Attornery John Anthony Ward article
on how I got stuck with this accusation of Judge Wagner.
