Wagner often has used her power to cut you off from expressing a statute related point or used derogatory comments to belittle the justice in the statutes. She aggressively safegauards against any statute that is contrary to her opinions.

Not once did Wagner consider the thought that two young boys in my custody, had their world ripped apart. First their Mommy abondons us and shacks up with the pastor.

Then, Wagner enforces a child support amount that is double of what it is supposed to be, which causes the three of us to live in poverty. Then she throws me in jail leaving the boys to fend or support themselves at 16 and 17 years of age.
