WILL I BE FORCED TO BURN THE FLAG TO GET JUSTICE???

It would be despicable! Many lives have died for it. I would be condemned and ridiculed for doing it. BUT, what does the flag stand for? Does it not stand for “liberty and justice for all”? Does it not ensure to every citizen the freedom that the Constitution depicts? But what if judges of this country reject the United States Constitution by depriving an American Citizen the right to a fair trial? What if the judges make calculations which are wrong compared to IRS and accountant calculations? What if five judges have violently refused to correct the errors? What if one judge literally ran out of the courtroom as I entered it for my scheduled hearing? She not only deprived me my scheduled hearing which to this date I have never received, but also simply had me arrested and thrown in jail without a hearing. One judge elaborated how he is NOT against beating children with sawed-off golf clubs! To know more about the details of what is mentioned here, please read my book, “The Black Robe Conspiracy”.

Just a few months from a full decade of judicial trauma, befouled by vindictive judges, I am left helpless without hope. Judges have altered transcripts, squashed facts, against the law ordered the Reporter to seize taking notes, and out of spite incarcerated me. I appealed to ALL court levels including the U.S. Supreme Court without acceptance. I contacted 330 politicians without response. No response from; Judicial Commission, Director of State Courts, Judicial Conduct Advisory Committee, many TV stations, newspapers, talk show hosts, & even the Office of Public Affairs in Washington, D.C. Have the veterans and the 100,000 POW’s paid the ultimate price (of all wars including Vietnam) to only secure America a nauseous result of a Judicial Dictatorship where a judge is accountable to nobody? Does a judge become god, unchallenged by anyone?

Please read my book to see how I exhausted every option that I can think of. Nevertheless, I still have not received the Constitutional right of getting a fair trial where the judge will look at the facts and correct the errors and mistakes. I already spent an entire year in jail wrongfully and am almost going there again. I have court again November 8th, 2011 and probably will be going back to jail if I cannot get a fair trial. Unless there are people like you that will intervene, I will once again be deprived the message which the flag portrays. If the image or impression of what the flag is supposed to represent gets deprived me, what is the flag worth then? Does it have any more value than a colored bed sheet if it does not allow freedom and justice to an American victim deprived of his Constitutional right? If I did burn it, I would get National attention which I need! Any other options?

I Envy and Desire your Help!

Often I hear people ask, "Well, how can I help?" Here is one way that I would highly appreciate for people wanting to help me. I seem to have a problem getting the contents of my website in front of the media. I am providing a one page overview of some of the issues that I am burdened with. There are many media identities that I wish my material could be brought to their attention. I could mail each of them this information and never get a response. However, if I had a hundred friends and supporters of what I am striving for contact the media separately, there might be a change! If that happened, it would be "you" that deserves the honor and praise!
